The Jalahalli Education Society is dedicated for the high quality of Education to the society since its formation in the year 1981. It expanded from LKG to High School, CBSE Education, PUC, B.Sc Nursing, GNM Nursing and D.Ed, B.Ed. Students have undergone valuable and excellent training and have successfully placed in Karnataka and other states of India and have started exploring teaching in other parts of the Globe.

The college is recognized by NCERT and affiliated to Bangalore University, The college has all facilities for undergoing exceptional training like attached high school with spacious classrooms, well qualified and experienced teaching staff with guest professionals served in the Education department.

Every year the college achieves First class in University Examinations.

The Educational system often poses a number of challenges before the teachers. No teacher can survive in this dynamic profession without equipping himself with a variety of skills and qualities that improves his knowledge, ability and quality.

The concept of creative learning is a vital part of modern educational system. Allowing new ideas and innovative thinking requires a more dynamic learning process. The teacher is not a mere guide in the most conventional system. He is much more than a regular counsellor, a value developer & a torch bearer of change.

It is our endeavour in the Mother Teresa College of Education to provide dynamic learning process to train, equip and mould the teacher - trainees to cater to the expectations of the modern society. I hope that the teachers will become role models to the future citizens of the country.
