Most of the teachers trained are absorbed by the managements in their own schools and some are employed in education department of Karnataka state and other states in India and as well as abroad.

The B.Ed College is providing assistance to seek employment in the city schools for candidates coming out successful with good grades.

Admissions are made based on the calendar of events issued by the Bangalore University. The course offered is B.Ed semester system.
